Welcome to the infamous Kit Kat Klub, where the Emcee, Sally Bowles and a raucous ensemble take the stage nightly to tantalize the crowd – and to leave their troubles outside. But as life in pre-WWII Germany grows more and more uncertain, will the decadent allure of Berlin nightlife be enough to get themthrough their dangerous times? Come hear some of the most memorable songs in theatre history, including “Cabaret,” “Willkommen” and “Maybe This Time.” Leave your troubles outside – life is beautiful at CABARET…

Fräulein Schneider: landlady who rents to Cliff and several other characters. German accent. Vocal range: D3-A-flat4

Herr Schultz: a Jewish fruit shop owner who falls in love with Fraulein Schneider; sweet, lovable, and adoring; heartbreakingly naïve about the political turmoil in Germany; comfortable with stage movement and light dance. German accent. Vocal range: low G-high F.

Fräulein Kost: a prostitute who rents in Fraulein Schneider's boarding house; larger than life personality, quick witted and sharp tongued. German accent. Sings in German. Vocal Range: low A flat-high F.

Ernst Ludwig: takes English lessons from Cliff and smuggles money for the Nazi Party. Friendly and likeable. Age: flexible. German accent. Vocal range: flexible.

Kit Kat Girls: strong singers in all voice parts. Also parts of various scenes outside of the Klub. Age, race, appearance flexible – must be comfortable with scanty costumes and sexualized movement.
